The Japanese enchantment with cherry blossom extends far beyond the daylight hours. Yozakura is the name given to these ephemeral but beautiful flowers when, seen under a star-lit sky, they give an ethereal and magical glow to the space around them.
Black hard-coating is applied to the stainless steel case and the bracelet, which echoes the dark sky before sunrise. The gold hands and indexes represent the morning twilight of early dawn, and the gradation on the dial foreshadows a new day.
It is an anniversary model that expresses the beautiful nature of Japan to the popular 3 divers model. The deep green dial is reminiscent of the beautiful, nutrient-rich seascape that spreads over “Iriomote Island,” which is said to be one of the world’s three major diving spots along with Indonesia and the Philippines.
