Online Concierge for Shopping Consultations

Seiko Dream Square provides online consultations for Seiko watches.
Without the need to visit a store, you can receive assistance from the staff of Seiko Dream Square to choose your Seiko watch.
Please feel free to contact them about any products that interest you.

Reservation process

  1. Click the button below.
  2. Select your desired date and time for consultation using the calendar.
  3. A link to the consultation page will be sent to you by e-mail or SMS.
  4. At the reserved date and time, please click the link to start the consultation session.
Make Reservation

Notes:

  • Online Concierge shopping consultations can be reserved for times between 11:00 and 19:00 daily.
  • The duration of shopping consultations is 40 minutes for each customer. Since this service is provided by reservation only, the duration cannot be extended.
  • A consultation session will be cancelled automatically if the consultation page is not accessed within 10 minutes after the reserved time.
  • In the default settings for shopping consultations, the camera functions of customer devices can be turned OFF, in this way customers may choose whether the consultation staff can see them.
  • Reservations can be made, changed, or cancelled up until 19:00 on the day before the consultation date.
  • The audio and video of calls (video calls) are recorded to improve the quality of the service. Please note that use of this service constitutes your agreement to this term.
  • The connection may be interrupted due to the Wi-Fi environment. If this happens, please click again the link that was sent to you.
